Luca and his father were incredibly helpful and provided shuttle bus service to and from the airport. The room was clean and modern, with a comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom. The location was convenient, with nearby restaurants, shops, and a beach. The staff's attention to detail, such as providing a breakfast bag for early morning departures, made for a great experience. As a budget traveler, the reasonable price of the B&B was a major plus.

The room was comfortable and clean, with modern amenities like a rain shower head and satellite TV. The air conditioning unit was very quiet, ensuring a peaceful sleep. The location was convenient, with a bus to Rome just two blocks away and restaurants across the street. The host, Luca, was friendly and helpful, providing transportation to the airport for a nominal fee.
The facility office was closed between 10:30pm and 12:00 noon, which caused an inconvenience for early arrivals. The corridors and entry of the hotel were not very inviting, giving a fortress-like feel.

I had an exceptional stay at this hotel near the airport and Rome. The attention to detail was impressive, from the personalized greetings upon arrival to the beautifully designed rooms. The location was perfect for my early morning departure, and the nearby restaurants recommended by the owner were fantastic. I only wish there were more hotels like this throughout Italy!

We had a great experience staying close to a variety of shops and restaurants. The location close to the airport was extremely convenient. Rooms were clean and comfortable, making for a great night’s sleep. Breakfast was delicious and the service was professional and very helpful. We especially loved the airport transfer arrangements.
We did not find any negatives during our stay.

I loved staying at this hotel near the airport. It was so clean and the staff was amazing. The location was really convenient for me since it was close to FCO. The hotel facilities were great too, with a sunny balcony and air conditioning to keep me comfortable. There were also plenty of dining options in town which were brilliant.
